Launching Inquiry Learning

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Have you wanted to ask your students, “What do you truly love to do?”, and then let them pursue their burning interests or curiosities? Inquiry learning is student-centered with the teacher as facilitator. In this session, you will learn how middle school students can become hooked by a personally compelling question and be driven to answer it. In the end, your students will have gained skills in taking charge of their learning, critical and creative thinking, and reflection. We will share the materials and strategies we have used as our inquiry practice has evolved.
