Using Curiosity to Fuel Meaningful Learning

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Curiosity as a driving force for meaningful and engaging learning is underutilized in schools where too many teachers and students slog through professional development and daily lessons like they're a chore instead of an opportunity. Learn about two simple approaches (Genius Hour and Design Thinking) that inject inquiry, curiosity, critical thinking, problem solving, and creativity into the learning process and empower teachers and students to deepen, differentiate, and personalize their learning in limitless ways. A variety of free technology tools will be highlighted as a means to enhance the learning process.

CEU: Integrate Technology Effectively with Student Learning to Increase Engagement and Student Achievement.
